Seems these are important enough questions to call in Dr. Paul’s delegate support organization to help define things – whomever comprises those who are surely available to make such determinations. Some one of us should get ‘this ball’ rolling.

Can someone answer Russell’s question… do you have to be a state delegate to file for national or can all of us losers file this form too. That would be awesome if everyone of us could still seek national.

Once more, even though I lost my election to be a state delegate I can still file to be a national delegate and nominated from the floor if not chosen for the pre-scripted slate, correct?

What about ‘Rule 15′? Does this exempt us delegates from being forced to “qualify” for candidacy for National delegate or alternate? B.T.

Apparently there is a form that must be filed with this state party for each person seeking to be a national delegate. This is the form for At-Large Delegates and there is supposedly a different form for District Delegates…

can someone help me to find samples of speeches to be elected as a delegate, I am in Oregon and want to try to go to Tampa but I am not good at the speech part, and I dont really understand if I am supposed say certain things or avoid things.
